Perfectly suitable for engines built between 1930 and 1980, ELF's HTX Retro products have remarkable performance properties whilst respecting the specific technical features of the era: metallurgy, rubber seals, etc.

ELF's HTX Retro lubricants are mineral oil based, combined with specific additives. Their low detergent capacity avoids any compression problems. They are a guarantee of an extended lifespan for the engines of classic cars.

 

ELF HTX Retro 1: for engines manufactured between 1930 and 1960

HTX Retro 1 is a mineral lubricant specially developed for engines manufactured between 1930 and 1960.

A monograde SAE 40, this lubricant is non-aggressive for rubber seals, maintains their original properties and is compatible with the metals used in the automobile industry between 1930 and 1960. It extends the lifespan of your engine by protecting it.

 

ELF HTX Retro 2: for engines manufactured between 1960 and 1980

HTX Retro 2 is a mineral lubricant specially developed for engines manufactured between 1960 and 1980.

A multigrade 20W-50, this lubricant is compatible with the metals used in the automobile industry between 1960 and 1980. It reduces problems of compression and facilitates starting thanks to a formula suitable for the engines of cars of this era.
